I am going to be 100% honest here, seafood is not my favorite kind of food. Until I was introduced to Paddlefish in Disney Springs. The lobster corn dog appetizer was definitely the star of the show. Breaded in corn meal, the lobster is tender and flavorful and served with a chili aïoli that has just the right amount of sweet kick.

Being the seafood addict, my husband ordered…you guessed it…the Bacon & Eggs appetizer (insert eye roll here). While it was not seafood, it was absolutely delicious. Tender braised pork belly topped with a pinko-crusted 5 minute egg. The presentation was as just as wonderful as the taste. Will we be back to Paddlefish? Yes. Will I always order the lobster corn dogs? You bet.
